Moon Township, PA…CENTRIA’s Formawall® high-performance building envelope effectively enabled the design team at Renaissance 3 Architects to achieve Caliguiri Plaza’s modern, vibrant façade — and to integrate the structure with the neighborhood.

Approximately 22,000 square feet of Formawall were specified in Sandstone, Bear Claw, and Champagne Bronze colors to give the building character and presence.

Moon Township, PA… Situated on a 2.5-acre landscaped site, Chicago’s Fannie Emanuel senior housing complex was renovated using 61,153 square feet of CENTRIA Formawall® smooth FWDS and segmented FWGX insulated metal panels.

CENTRIA enabled the design team to create a visually-appealing building façade on the former Park View Apartments, owned by the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA). The Formawall panels specified also enhance the structure’s insulative properties as a single-component thermal and moisture barrier.

CENTRIA, a leading building envelope science company, provided 20,050 square feet of product for the four-level, 812-space garage, located in San Jose, CA.

Moon Township, PA…Marking its first construction project since 1980, the Dekalb County Jail serving Dekalb County, IL, was modernized and aesthetically enhanced with CENTRIA Formawall® insulated metal panels. CENTRIA’s products were also successful in meeting specific design criteria outlined by Dewberry, the firm responsible for the building design.
